TCL Sports are proud to support a series of seminars to be held throughout the UK during 2011. The aim of the seminars is to introduce natural running to runners of all abilities and styles to explain the benefits and techniques to help improve their running. We strongly encourage registration as places will be limited, simply complete this short form to book your place.

The format of the seminar is a presentation lasting approximately 1-hour to introduce the subject of Natural Running to attendees and explain the science and physiology behind efficient Natural Running style. Following the discussion (where possible) a running session will be held where a Natural Running Certified Instructor will work with attendees to assess their running style and offer advice on Natural Running.
