Business Manager, Triathlon Retail Store, Windsor

B2P is a triathlon store catering for beginners to professional athletes and everyone in between, specialising in the sports premiere brands.

Our business is growing rapidly and looking for an expert retail manager to manage the growth and join our successful team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and be expected to expand both the online and bricks and mortar business as well as help manage the shops very successful triathlon team, so a very keen interest in triathlon is a must.

Salary £25k (negotiable, depending on experience) plus an attractive bonus system

Have a service focused management style

• Be KPI driven and target driven and management experience
• Show a proven record of strong staff management
• Have experience of managing e-commerce
• Be familiar with the triathlon business sector

Requirements:

• Manage a team of sales assistants
• Stock management
• Maintaining exceptional customer service
• Great communication skills
• Competent with operational and back office duties
